– “Client” refers to any taxi business, fleet owner, or company using our services.
– “Operator/Dispatcher” refers to individuals employed by Kaptain Cabs to handle ride dispatching, call handling, and customer support.
– “Services” refer to our outsourcing solutions, including ride dispatching, operator support, and customer service.
– “Agreement” refers to the contract between Kaptain Cabs and the client regarding the provision of services.

- Scope of Services
Kaptain Cabs provides trained operators and dispatchers to taxi businesses to ensure smooth ride coordination, customer support, and call handling. Our services include:
– Managing ride dispatching and customer queries.
– Assisting with real-time driver coordination.
– Handling bookings, cancellations, and payment inquiries.
– Providing operational reports and analytics for clients.

- Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Kaptain Cabs must:
– Provide accurate business details and requirements.
– Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding transportation services.
– Maintain responsibility for their drivers, vehicles, and customer interactions.
– Handle all financial transactions related to passenger payments.
– Notify Kaptain Cabs of any service modifications or special requirements.
Kaptain Cabs does not operate taxis or provide direct transportation services. We only facilitate dispatching operations.

- Payment & Billing
– Clients agree to pay service fees as outlined in their contractual agreement.
– Payments are processed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
– Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding dues are cleared.
– Kaptain Cabs reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
All payment transactions are handled securely, and no financial data is stored beyond necessary billing purposes.

- Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both Kaptain Cabs and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business-related information. This includes:
– Customer details, booking data, and operational insights.
– Financial and payment details.
– Internal communications and proprietary information.
All data will be handled securely, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

- Service Availability & Downtime
– Kaptain Cabs strives to provide uninterrupted dispatch services. However, occasional downtime may occur due to system maintenance or technical issues.
– In case of unexpected disruptions, we will work to restore services as soon as possible.
– Clients will be notified in advance about planned system updates or maintenance.

- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
– Client-Initiated Termination: Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice before discontinuing services.
– Kaptain Cabs-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:
– Fails to make timely payments.
– Violates these Terms and Conditions.
– Engages in unlawful activities or unethical practices.
Termination does not exempt clients from any outstanding financial obligations.

- Limitation of Liability
Kaptain Cabs provides outsourcing solutions and is not liable for:
– Any damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from taxi operations.
– Customer complaints regarding driver behavior or service quality.
– Business losses due to service interruptions or unforeseen technical issues.
Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the affected service period.

- Compliance with Laws
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business operations comply with:
– Local transportation laws and licensing requirements.
– Employment laws for their own drivers and staff.
– Data protection regulations when handling passenger information.
Kaptain Cabs operates in compliance with applicable laws but does not take responsibility for any legal issues arising from a client’s taxi operations.

- Modifications to Terms
Kaptain Cabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after an update implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between Kaptain Cabs and a client:
– Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution.
– If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in Islamabad under applicable laws.
– Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Islamabad, Pakistan.
